PHILOSOPHY
Wholeness is about integrating all parts of ourselves, those aspects we like to embrace along with those parts we are not as accepting of, in order to gain a sense of peace, connection and completeness.

I guide several different types of yoga; Yin, Yinyasa, Tantric and Pre-natal (pregnancy). Each practice is different accommodating the differing needs and desires of those seeking a greater sense of wholeness.
By bringing awareness back into the body, we gain a sense of calm – a break from the day to day goings on in the mind in order rest, restore and heal. We use this physical practice to we can essentially rest and from this place - Integrate and Flow.
I have been practicing yoga of many varieties since 1999. A few years ago I travelled to India to complete a Yoga Alliance RYT 200hr Teacher Training Certification (YTTC) in the Tantric tradition. In 2017 I completed the Bliss Baby pre-natal teacher training allowing me to safely include those beautiful baby mamas within my classes. I endeavour to make an annual pilgrimage to Auckland's Vipassana Centre, sitting and serving for the 10 day silent meditation retreats facilitated there and find this retreat deeply restoring and transformative. I am a trained counsellor (DPC NZAC), relationship therapist and passionate environmentalist.
